Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bdt17 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdt17 website, mobile browser platform, games, sports betting services, and all associated features. By accessing bdt17, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bdt17 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the bdt17 platform including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations in Bangladesh. bdt17 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Player Eligibility

To register and use the bdt17 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. You are required to provide accurate proof of age upon request, including your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that you have previously submitted to bdt17 or that remains active on your account.
• You must not be a bdt17 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of a bdt17 employee. Employees and their associates are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

bdt17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary or permanent account restriction and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved to bdt17's satisfaction.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on bdt17 at any time. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number — which serves as your primary account identifier — and the creation of a secure password. By registering, you authorise bdt17 to verify your identity via the contact details you provide, including sending SMS verification codes to your registered number.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your phone number, password, and any verification codes — strictly confidential. Do not share these details with any third party under any circumstances.
• bdt17 will never contact you via chat, SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent — report it to our support team immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your consent, contact bdt17 support immediately and change your password.
• bdt17 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that appears to be operating in violation of these Terms, including accounts suspected of being operated by someone other than the registered holder.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a National ID Card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. bdt17 may request additional documentation at any stage and for any reason related to account security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

bdt17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt17 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to the payment method originally used for deposit where technically possible, and only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
• bdt17 reserves the right to apply a transaction processing fee on withdrawals where applicable. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you before the withdrawal is confirmed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if bdt17 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with the relevant account or transaction.
• All bonus-linked balances must meet the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited and the wager-eligible real-money balance only being released.

bdt17 is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such fees, if any, are levied by those providers independently of bdt17 and are the player's responsibility.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdt17 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus principles below apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific terms of a given promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value before withdrawing).
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and may result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.
• bdt17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time it is withdrawn will retain any bonus balance subject to the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have accepted these Terms and have not been placed under any account restriction. Employees of bdt17, their family members, and any parties affiliated with bdt17's game suppliers are not eligible to claim bonuses.

bdt17 monitors betting patterns on all bonus-funded wagers. Wagering strategies that bdt17 determines in its reasonable discretion to be designed to circumvent bonus terms — including low-risk hedging, minimal-variation bet sequencing, or systematically exploiting bonus mechanics — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bdt17 platform — whether on sports, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product or market, as well as the general platform rules set out in these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules take precedence over these general terms for the relevant bet or game outcome.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdt17 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the case of a manifest error on the part of bdt17 (e.g. incorrect odds offered due to a technical fault).
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event that affects the integrity of the bet or game outcome, bdt17 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.
• Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per event, or per day. These limits will be communicated in the relevant product rules or on request from our support team.
• bdt17 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all non-live-dealer casino and slot games. RNG certification means game outcomes are provably random and not influenced by bet size, player identity, or any other external factor.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdt17 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and permanent ban from bdt17, as well as referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes, including match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated betting to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Depositing or transacting funds that are derived from illegal activity, including any form of fraud, theft, or money laundering. bdt17 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Any conduct that bdt17 reasonably determines to be abusive toward its staff, support agents, or other players, including offensive language, harassment, threats, or discriminatory behaviour communicated through any channel including live chat or email.

Section 8

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if bdt17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdt17 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While bdt17 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your data and funds, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and bdt17 cannot be held liable for security breaches that result from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

bdt17 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdt17 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the bdt17 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using bdt17 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
